We are small and refined, personalised, individual and efficient: Clerezza is therefore a genuine alternative to the large operators and brands in the hotel industry.
To date, there are only a minimal number of hospitality management companies that have in-depth expertise in the management of serviced apartment resorts in the mountains or tourist destinations.
Clerezza combines knowledge from the areas of experience design, the development of business plans and operating concepts and the creation of authentic hospitality experiences with knowledge from the areas of hotel management, marketing and sales, revenue management, operations and finance.
