• Alois Schaltegger accompanies complex hotel and resort projects from the initial idea to economic viability.

• His focus is on development, financial modeling, and the connection between operational and structural-architectural issues.

• Many years’ experience at the Swiss Hotel Credit Society (SGH) in the financial audit and valuation of complex hotel operations and development projects

• As Managing Director of Slow Company, he was simultaneously responsible for F&B and wellness projects, including acquisition, due diligence, and repositioning.

• His operational experience comes from twelve years at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as well as positions at Park Hyatt Zurich, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Hotel President Wilson Geneva – with roles in kitchen, service and front office.
